Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are as follows:

Within the UK and USA: FREE!
Other countries : £22.50

Shipping method will be registered post or courier at our discretion.

Payment

Preferred payment is credit or debit card online however we understand that some companies do not have structures in place to allow their employees to make this kind of purchase therefore we also allow emailed orders from customers who prefer or are unable to order online.

To use this option, add your purchases to the shopping cart as usual but once you have completed all the fields on the "Checkout" page, press the "Email Order" button. We will get in touch to complete the sale.

Note that we will follow certain security procedures in order to verify that the order is genuine and reserve the right to refuse any order, however placed.

Payment Currencies

Payment will be accepted in either Sterling, Euro, Australian dollars or American dollars. Prices are indicated in the shopping area in Sterling only. The total price converted to the currencies above can be found on the payment page (where you enter your card details).

Taxes

VAT will be charged on goods shipped to addresses within the European Union at the rate of 17.5%.

Invoices

Invoices will be sent to the address given in the "Invoice Address" section of the purchase page. This will be a valid VAT invoice for EU customers.

Delivery

In most cases delivery takes 2-3 business days. Ocassionally delivery can take up to 14 days.

Refunds

A full refund will be given in the event that the user declines to accept the licence agreement attached to the material provided that the tamper-proof seal is not broken.

Refunds in all other cases will be at management's discretion.

Guarantees

The product is guaranteed to be in working order on receipt.

Security

We reserve the right to make additional security checks or refuse any order without giving reasons. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.

Additional security checks may be made in cases where the delivery address is not the same as the cardholder's address.
